When I first joined Red Rock Branding, one thing became immediately clear: this isn’t your average branding agency. Our Origin Story: From Big Brands to Big Purpose

Before Red Rock, our founder Glen led marketing teams for Fortune 500 brands all over the world. He worked with billion-dollar budgets, complex campaigns, and some of the biggest names in business. But over time, one question became harder to ignore:

“What are we really doing here?”

The job was successful on paper, but something was missing. Campaign after campaign, Glen found himself convincing people to buy things they didn’t need and couldn’t afford. That didn’t sit right. That wasn’t the kind of legacy he wanted to leave behind.

Then came the turning point. In a short span of time, Glen lost several close friends to suicide. Each had struggled to access mental health support when they needed it most. That grief reshaped everything.

In 2010, Glen left the corporate world and founded Red Rock Branding with a new mission: merge world-class marketing with causes that matter.

From day one, this agency was about using creativity and strategy to make a positive impact on both people and the planet.
