As Vice President of Operations of his family’s food manufacturing company Watson, Inc. Gavin successfully improved employee engagement through lean and agile processes, self-organizing self-directed teams, and open space style input. After his family sold the business, he put his energy into helping other companies implement the same approaches by providing consulting services and his first book Altruistic Business.
