• I have traveled 37 countries, mainly on 2 slow wheels

    This experience made three things crystal-clear.
    1) The best way to achieve big, audacious goals is to have fun doing it;
    2) maintaining fitness makes for a wholesome life; and
    3) travel is a rich source of empathy, especially on a bicycle when your impressions of the world are so vivid and you are quite vulnerable.

    Putting these lessons into practice, I created a company that builds healthy communities. At Red Rock, we have succeeded in doing this at scale over ten years in partnership with established and emerging brands. Long-term clients have included Yale School of Medicine, Columbia University, Connecticut’s statewide manufacturing association ManufactureCT, Conscious Capitalism, and now the City of New Haven’s Department of Health, among others.

    My team is ready to guide YOU and your community towards new levels of well-being and purpose.

  • A freelance documentary & commercial photographer based in New Haven, CT. Liah's work path is inspired by her formative years which unfolded in homes along the East Coast and abroad. This lifestyle bound her to the fixation of documenting what Dr. Resmaa Menakem calls: “clean & dirty pain”, that which informs our soul's perspective and in turn our societies.  "I’m making imagery that exudes power and most importantly familiarity.
