MEET THE TEAM
Founder & CEO
The art and science of the storytelling process and the high-powered marketing tools at our fingertips make for exciting times as an agency CEO. After spending years in marketing departments of various Fortune 500 companies, Glen founded Red Rock to offer his creative know-how to nonprofits, health and wellness initiatives, and small to mid-sized businesses. He serves on the board of Conscious Capitalism, is Chair of the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce Technology Council, and is an active cyclist and sailor.
Tracy is driven by a natural curiosity, a mechanical brain, and the drive to create things with her hands. After working on a fishing boat, Tracy’s graphics career began with a third shift gig at the local newspaper — there she was able to put her childhood lessons in calligraphy and photography to work. She makes jewelry and larger metal mixed media pieces in her spare time.
Alley has always been a creative and critical thinker — it’s no surprise she ended up loving graphic design and working within the marketing world. A recent graduate of Eastern Connecticut University’s cutting-edge visual and digital arts program, Alley continues to learn and challenge herself across the latest graphic platforms and tools. She can be found at the beach or eating tacos.
Amanda has been fascinated by the written word since before she could read. After a decade spent in local journalism, she began writing for a client base ranging from Cuisinart to The Atlantic to award-winning public artists. If she’s not pondering punctuation or the difference between “which” and “that,” Amanda can probably be found making a sandwich or climbing a wall.
